Grow Detroit Young Talent Summer Youth Employment Program

The program provides local youth (ages 14-24) with a transformative summer employment experience, equipping them with hands-on training in food & agriculture while fostering valuable career and life skills.

Through this program, participants gain expertise in

community kitchen operations, business management, financial literacy, time management, organizational skills, technology proficiency, animal husbandry, and urban agriculture practices.
